Who provides the app

Barcode Widget (digital.wackyworks.barcodewidget) is provided by K. Lam Executive Support Ltd, trading as Wacky Works Digital. Contact: hello@wearewacky.com.

Codes you enter

The app generates Code 128 barcodes on your device and saves each widget slot in app-private Android preferences. We do not receive your barcode values. There is no app account, advertising, analytics, remote crash-reporting or developer-operated cloud-sync service.

Storage and visibility

The app does not encrypt saved codes. Barcodes and text are visible on your home screen and can be read or photographed by someone who can see it. Use non-sensitive reference codes, not passwords or confidential information.

Android may back up or transfer app data depending on your device, Android version, backup provider and settings. We do not operate those systems. Their settings and privacy policies control backup handling and deletion; clearing local data does not promise deletion of existing backups.

Retention and deletion

Local values remain until you change or clear them. To clear a slot, tap it, remove its value and save. Removing a widget removes that widget's saved values. Android app-storage controls can clear local app data, and uninstalling normally removes local data. System backups and later restores are controlled separately by Android and your backup provider.

Permissions and platform services

The app requests no Android permissions and has no internet permission. Barcode generation runs locally. Google Play, Android and your device provider may process store, installation, device and diagnostic information under their own policies. This policy does not replace those policies.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you send. Do not send passwords, confidential barcode values or unnecessary personal information. We use correspondence to answer and manage your request. Support messages are kept only as long as needed for support, record keeping, security and legal reasons. You can ask about your information or request deletion by emailing hello@wearewacky.com; any applicable legal retention requirements still apply.
