Who we are

Wacky Works Digital is a trading name of K. Lam Executive Support Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17011921. Registered office: 142-143 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent, England, DA12 1EY.

  • K. Lam Executive Support Ltd is the data controller for personal information we process through this website and in enquiries or support requests.
  • K. Lam Executive Support Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC185373.
  • Attenta Partners is another trading name of the same company. Each service or product's privacy notice explains how its personal information is handled.

Information received

  • Information sent through project brief, trade enquiry and Test Pilot forms.
  • Email correspondence sent directly to the studio.
  • Optional analytics data from GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights, but only if analytics is allowed.
  • Booking, payment, calendar, and email delivery data handled by Stripe, Google Calendar, Firestore, and Resend when those services are used.

How information is used

  • To respond to enquiries and assess project fit.
  • To operate and improve the website and digital products.
  • To measure which pages and calls to action are useful, when optional analytics is allowed.
  • To meet legal, security, and operational responsibilities.

Newsletter emails

  • The newsletter is optional. We use your email address with your consent to send practical website, automation and AI guides, plus occasional product updates. You must tick the newsletter choice and confirm through an email link before joining.
  • Project enquiries and Test Pilot requests do not subscribe you to the newsletter. Newsletter permission is also separate from optional website analytics.
  • We use Google Firestore to keep newsletter addresses, consent and subscription status, and Resend to deliver confirmation emails. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Opening a link alone does not subscribe or unsubscribe you; the page asks you to confirm your choice.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time through an unsubscribe link or by emailing hello@wearewacky.com. Future newsletter emails will include an unsubscribe link. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
  • We keep your address while you are subscribed and retain a limited record of consent or withdrawal to honour your choice. Pending requests and suppression records are reviewed for removal when no longer needed. Link expiry does not automatically delete a record.

Your data choices

Email hello@wearewacky.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Optional analytics choice

  • Analytics is off until a visitor chooses Allow analytics.
  • Reject keeps the site usable and stores only the preference needed to remember the choice.
  • Cookie settings in the footer can reopen the choice at any time.
