Is it really £50 a month?
Yes. The first ten founding trades get our top Own The Patch package, normally £200 a month, for £50 a month or £500 a year, with that rate sorted for your first 12 months. Standard pricing is £100, £150, or £200 a month depending on the level.
What if it is not working out?
No hard feelings. There is no contract, so you can stop whenever you like, and you keep your website and your domain. We only ask that you give it a fair go. Google ranking takes a bit of proper work and does not happen overnight, so the longer your site is live and looked after, the harder it works for you.
Is it just a cheap template?
No. Behind the simple site is real engineering, built to compete for the top of Google against the big directories rather than sit on page five. We also build every site ready for AI search and assistants, so you turn up when people ask Siri, ChatGPT, or Google's AI for a local trade. If you are technical and want the detail, just ask.
What are the dashboard and AI assistant?
Two things we are building now. A dashboard and phone app to keep your enquiries, photos, and updates in one place, and an assistant that can help answer calls and messages while you are on the tools. They are not live yet, so they are a bonus on top of your site, and founding clients get first access the day they launch.
What if I already have a website?
We rebuild it properly and move your details across. You do not have to sort anything technical.
I am already on Checkatrade. Why do I need this?
Checkatrade and the like are rented space. They set the price, they set the rules, and they can drop you. Your own website is yours for good, it helps you show up on Google directly, and it keeps working if a directory ever changes or shuts down.
Do I need to sort a domain or any setup?
No. We reserve your domain and set everything up for you. You never log into anything. You just say yes and send a few photos.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. You send photos and updates on WhatsApp and we handle hosting, security, and the rest.
