How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Konbi account and associated personal data, email hello@wearewacky.com with the subject "Konbi account deletion". Send from the email used to sign in to Konbi where possible. Do not send your Google password, sign-in codes or identity documents. If you cannot access that email, explain this and we will discuss proportionate identity verification.

What happens next

This opens an email request, not an immediate deletion. We confirm next steps and completion by email. Signing out or uninstalling is not account deletion. Deleting a list owner's account also deletes their lists and items. Shared data owned by other members may remain without your personal attribution; any security/legal retention or backup limitations will be explained. You do not need to reinstall Konbi to make this request.
